Day One - Friday
The cruise staff will welcome you on board at the ships terminal in Piraeus, Athens and after an 11am departure you will head over to
Mykonos .
Mykonos is one of Greece’s most famous islands for its cosmopolitain atmosphere of wonderful restaurants, bars and cafes and of course housing the finest Eurpean designer collection each year. You are sure to have seen photos of the paved streets, traditional white houses and the famous windmills of
Mykonos .
Mykonos has also made a name for herself as the party island of Greece as each year thousands of peolpe make their way to Mykonos just to dance to the latest European beats of
Europes most famous dj’s.
Day Two - Saturday
Your early 7am arrival in Kusadasi, should definitely begin with a traditional Turkish coffee and sweet honey pastry (baklava) before you set out to the colorful flea market for a morning of souvenir shopping in town. Kusadasi is a picturesque town by the sea that has been influenced over many years by various cultures. Don’t miss the archaeological site of Ephessos that includes an ancient amphitheater. Upon your return to the ship at midday for lunch and a rest you will head back to for a 4pm disembarkation on the island of Patmos. Patmos is a stunning island with traditional white houses and balconies filled with colorful flowers. The history of Patmos is also one of great interest as it is the site where John the Divine wrote the Book of Revelations.
A shore excursion to St Johns monastery can be arranged through your cruise staff.
Day Three - Sunday
Heraklion the main port and town on the
island of
Crete is best enjoyed early morning before most tourists arrive. A 7am arrival is the perfect time to make your way over to the
Palace of
Knossos or the Archeological Museum of Minoan history.
Once you’ve had your dose of Cretan culture it will be time for your 11am departure and sail towards Santorini.
Santorini will take your breath away. It is a harsh island to look at and is almost eerie as the ship approaches its steep black cliff and little white houses perched on the edge. The main town of Fira is the perfect place for some souvenier shopping of unforgettable gifts followed by a visit to the town of
Oia for the most spectacular sunset you will ever see.
Day Four - Monday  After an over night sail and a hearty breakfast you will return to the shipping terminal in Piraeus to be farewelled by your cruise staff at 7am.
